Itinerary Details:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 meters)

  • Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu.
  • Check in and enjoy some free time to relax or explore the city.

Day 2: Pokhara City (823 meters) – Tikhedhungga Village (1,540 meters) – 4-5 hours trek

  • After breakfast, you will fly to Pokhara city.
  • A private vehicle will take you to Nayapul, the starting point of your trek to Tikhedhungga village. The trail is moderately steep.
  • After about an hour of trekking, you will have lunch in Birethanti village. Don’t miss the opportunity to try “Dal bhat,” a local Nepali dish.
  • Continue your trek to Tikhedhungga village, enjoying the scenic views of lush greenery, small waterfalls, and local settlements along the way.
  • Overnight stay in Tikhedhungga village.

Day 3: Tikhedhungga Village (1,540 meters) – Ghorepani (2,850 meters) – 6 hours trek

  • Enjoy breakfast and embark on a 1.5-hour trek to Ulleri village, which involves a moderately steep climb.
  • Reach Banthati village and enjoy a lunch break.
  • Continue trekking for 3 hours to Ghorepani village, passing by blooming rhododendron flowers (visible from March to early April) and marveling at the views of Dhaulagiri (8,167 meters) and Annapurna I (8,091 meters) mountains.
  • Overnight stay in Ghorepani village.

Day 4: Ghorepani Village (2,850 meters) – Poon Hill (3,210 meters) – Tadapani (2,700 meters) – 6 hours trek

  • Wake up early and start your trek at around 5:00 am to witness a breathtaking sunrise from Poon Hill (approximately a 1-hour climb). Remember to wear warm clothes and bring a headlamp.
  • At Poon Hill, soak in the panoramic views of Annapurna I, Dhaulagiri I, II, III, IV and V, Gurja Peak, Nilgiri, Annapurna South, and Gangapurna.
  • Descend to Ghorepani village for breakfast and then continue your trek to Tadapani village. Enjoy a lunch break in Banthani village (a different village than the one on Day 3).
  • Overnight stay in Tadapani village.

Day 5: Tadapani (2,700 meters) – Sinuwa (2,300 meters) – 7 hours trek

  • After breakfast, begin your trek towards Sinuwa village. Pass through Chule village and cross the Kimrong Khola river bridge to reach Chomrong village, where you will have lunch.
  • Continue your journey to Sinuwa, crossing bridges and ascending further to witness breathtaking close-up views of Machapuchare mountain.
  • After taking in the scenery, trek for about 1.5 hours to reach Sinuwa village for your overnight stay.

Day 6: Sinuwa Village (2,300 meters) – Deurali (3,200 meters) – 6 hours trek

  • Depart from Sinuwa village after breakfast and trek for about 1.5 hours to Bamboo village.
  • Continue to Dovan village for lunch.
  • Ascend further, enjoying the majestic views of the Himalayas, and eventually reach Deurali village for your overnight stay.
  • Accommodation: Deurali

Day 7: Deurali Village (3,200 meters) – Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 meters) – 5 hours trek

  • After breakfast, prepare for a challenging climb to the base camp. The trail offers stunning views along the way.
  • After approximately 2 hours of trekking, you will arrive at Machapuchare Base Camp (3,700 meters) for lunch.
  • Continue your ascent to ABC, your final destination and overnight stay for the day.

Day 8: Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 meters) – Bamboo (2,310 meters) – 7 hours trek

  • Wake up early to witness a spectacular sunrise surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
  • Enjoy breakfast and descend from ABC, retracing your steps through Dovan village and reaching Bamboo village for your overnight stay.
  • Accommodation: Bamboo
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 9: Bamboo Village (2,310 meters) – Jhinu Danda (1,760 meters) – 5 hours trek – Hot springs experience

  • After breakfast, embark on a continuous descent, following the same path as Day 5 but in the opposite direction.
  • Reach Jhinu Danda village, your destination and overnight stay for the day.
  • Relax for 30 minutes to an hour and then head to the popular hot springs in the village, where many trekkers enjoy a relaxing soak. (Don’t forget to bring your bathing supplies, towel, and a change of clothes.)
  • Return to your accommodation and enjoy a delicious dinner.
  • Accommodation: Jhinu Danda
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 10: Jhinu Danda (1,760 meters) – Pokhara (823 meters) – 3 hours (1.5 hours trek and 1.5 hours by private car)

  • Descend to Matque, where a private jeep will be waiting to take you to your accommodation in Pokhara.
  • Enjoy lunch in the city and spend the afternoon at your leisure, exploring the city and its surroundings.

Day 11: Pokhara (823 meters) – Kathmandu (1,300 meters)

  • After breakfast, you will fly back to Kathmandu.

  • In the evening, celebrate your successful trek to ABC and Poon Hill with a delicious dinner at a renowned restaurant in Kathmandu, featuring local Nepali cuisine.

This cost includes:

  • Accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu and 1 night in Pokhara
  • Farewell dinner on the 11th

  • An experienced English-speaking trekking guide and porters (1 porter for every 2 clients) including their wages, food, accommodation, and life insurance

What does this price not include?

This cost does not include the following expenses:

  • Round-trip airfare BKK-KTM: You are responsible for booking and paying for your flights to and from Kathmandu, Nepal.
  • 15-day tourist visa: You need to obtain the necessary visa for your travel to Nepal.
  • Food, water, and beverages: While some meals are provided, additional food, water, and drinks (including water, tea, coffee, coke, pepsi, and alcoholic beverages) outside of what is arranged by the company are at your own expense.
  • Tips for guides, porters, and drivers: Tipping is customary but not mandatory. The company does not receive any portion of tips given.
  • Personal expenses: This includes costs such as phone calls, laundry, additional beverages, hot showers on the mountain, battery charging on the mountain, shopping, etc.
  • Expenses due to flight delays/cancellations/natural or political events: The company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as flight disruptions, natural disasters, or political events. This includes:
    • 6.1 Rebooking fees for any flight
    • 6.2 Additional accommodation bookings
    • 6.3 Additional transportation costs
    • 6.4 Other related expenses
  • The company reserves the right to refuse any refunds in these situations as they are beyond our control. In the event of such circumstances (point 6), customers must bear all additional costs without exception.
  • Expenses due to early completion of the trek: If you finish the trek earlier than planned, any additional costs for food, accommodation, etc. are your responsibility.
  • Battery charging and hot water fees on the mountain: There may be charges for these services during the trek.
  • Excess baggage fees: You are responsible for any baggage fees charged by airlines (both domestic and international) and porters.
  • Skipping meals or sightseeing: No refunds will be given for any missed meals or sightseeing activities included in the program.
  • Single room supplement: If you require a single room, you will need to pay the additional cost based on the current room rate at that time, as this is a personal preference (subject to availability).
  • Travel insurance and medical expenses: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance and covering any medical expenses.
  • Helicopter costs: If you choose to use helicopter services (e.g., due to inability to continue the trek or personal preference), you are fully responsible for the costs.
  • ATK or RT-PCR test kit (if required): Any required COVID-19 testing is at your own expense.

Please read before booking

Booking and Payment Procedures

1.1 Deposit:

  • A deposit of 10,000 Baht per person is required to confirm your trip booking with the admin. Please provide proof of payment and a copy of your passport (if you do not have a passport yet, please inform us).
  • For bookings made within 20-25 days before the departure date, the company reserves the right to collect the full tour fee.
  • Seat reservation confirmation is only guaranteed after the deposit payment is received.

1.2 Remaining Payment:

  • The remaining tour fee can be paid in 3 installments:
    • 1st Installment: 10,000 Baht, due within 30 days after the deposit payment.
    • 2nd Installment: 10,000 Baht, due within 30 days after the 1st installment payment.
    • 3rd Installment: 8,000 Baht, due at least 30 days before the departure date.

1.3 Payment Confirmation:

  • After making each payment, please send the payment slip and a copy of your passport with your signature. Please confirm the trip name, travel date, travel companions, and your phone number.
  • If you fail to provide a copy of your passport, the company will not be held responsible for any errors in spelling of names or other details used for booking flight tickets (if you choose to have the company book them).

  • Passport Validity: Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return travel date and has at least 2 blank pages. If unsure, please inquire.
  • Terms and Conditions: Please carefully review the tour details and service terms and conditions for your maximum benefit. By making full or partial payment, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions stated in the travel program

Cancellation and Changes After Payment

1. Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: A fee of 5,000 baht will be charged, along with any incurred expenses such as visa fees, airfare, and land arrangements.

2. Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: A fee of 50% of the trip price will be charged, along with any incurred expenses such as visa fees, airfare, and land arrangements.

3. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: The company reserves the right to retain the full tour cost with no refund provided.

Refund Policy: The refund policy adheres to the “Notification of the Committee on Tourism Business and Tourist Guides Regarding Criteria for Determining Refund Rates for Tourists B.E. 2563”.

***In the event that a trip advertised by the company must be canceled due to reasons beyond the company’s control, the company will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the customer. This cancellation must occur at least 30 days before the departure date. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour for your own benefit***

4. Immigration Refusal: In cases where immigration authorities in Bangkok or the destination country deny entry or exit, the company reserves the right to deny any refunds regardless of the circumstances.

  • The travel itinerary is subject to change as deemed appropriate, prioritizing the interests of travelers.
  • Passports must have a validity of at least 6 months remaining.
  • The company reserves the right not to be held responsible for any damages whatsoever caused by delays from airlines, protests, strikes, riots, politics, natural disasters, or epidemics (the company will coordinate to maximize benefits for customers).
  • The company is not responsible for any loss of belongings due to theft or accidents caused by the negligence of the traveler.
  • Airline tickets cannot be refunded, changed names, changed routes, or postponed.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the trip in advance if there are fewer than 9 travelers.
  • Since the tour price is a package price, if you waive the right to use any services or are denied entry into the country for any reason, the company reserves the right not to refund any money.
  • If you cancel before the end of the tour program, the company considers you to have waived your rights and will not be responsible for the services you have already paid for, in any case.
  • In case of illness and inability to travel, you must bring a medical certificate from the hospital. The company will consider postponing your trip to the next round, but you will have to pay for non-refundable expenses such as visas, airline tickets, accommodation fees, and other actual expenses.
  • If you are unable to travel or stay according to the program due to natural disasters, delays and errors of airlines, terrorism, or other unforeseen events, there will be no refund.
  • Once you have paid the deposit or the full amount, the company considers you to have acknowledged and accepted all the company’s terms and conditions as stated.
  • The program and travel details are subject to change depending on weather conditions and unforeseen events. The company will prioritize the interests and safety of fellow travelers. In the case of group tickets, if the tickets are issued, travelers cannot request a refund and cannot change the travel date.
  • Service fees may change as appropriate depending on various situations, such as rising oil prices resulting in higher airfares, and including car fares that may increase in price according to labor costs, food costs, accommodation costs, and others.
  • In the event that a customer wants to book domestic or international flight tickets themselves or have the company do it, please inform the company every time, otherwise, the company will not be responsible for anything.

Note for Safety

  • Your safety is of utmost importance. While traveling with GoGoTrip, please be aware that your tour leader has the authority to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary if deemed necessary due to safety concerns. We will do our best to adhere to the set program, but however, when traveling in remote areas and in the mountains, we cannot guarantee weather conditions, unexpected natural disasters, the health of fellow travelers, and other factors that can lead to changes in the itinerary. The tour leader will try to keep the trip on track, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.
  • For customers who are unable to continue traveling until the end of the trip, for any reason, or in the event of a flight delay/cancellation after the end of the trip, the customer will be responsible for all of their expenses and please be aware that the customer will not be entitled to a refund for services (such as hotels, transportation, flights, etc.) included in the package that the customer does not use later.

Things to Know Before Traveling

  • Not suitable for people with chronic diseases that are affected by walking and running for long periods, such as asthma, etc. (It is recommended to consult a doctor).
  • The bathroom is a tent with a pit latrine system.
  • Refrain from drinking alcohol of all kinds before trekking for safety.
  • You should exercise 1-2 weeks in advance, such as running for 30 minutes a day or other exercises that prepare your legs for trekking. Because every day you have to walk several kilometers, about 12-15 kilometers per day, and the average trip is about 90-100 kilometers. And during the trek, you may encounter sun, rain, snow, crossing water, walking on rocks, so your body must be ready to some extent before trekking this route.
  • Due to the high altitude above sea level, the air will be thin, there is not much oxygen, and breathing is difficult (therefore, do not run or walk too fast, you should walk at a normal but consistent speed).
  • The weight of the bag must not exceed the amount specified by the company. If it exceeds, the customer may have to pay an additional carrying fee.
