Trip Itinerary

Day 1: BANGKOK – SURABAYA

22:30 – Meet at Don Mueang Airport for our flight to Surabaya via Lion Air flight SL 116. We will have a layover in Jakarta before continuing to Surabaya Airport. Upon arrival, we will take a 7-hour drive to Kawah Ijen and check into our accommodation to rest.

Day 2: IJEN – BLUE FIRE

01:00 – Check out and drive to the starting point of the Ijen hike. We will trek to the summit of Ijen to witness the mesmerizing Blue Fire, experience the sunrise, and enjoy the stunning views of the crater lake. After taking in the breathtaking scenery, we will descend and head to our accommodation near Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, which will take approximately 6-7 hours.

Day 3: TUMPAK SEWU WATERFALL – BROMO

After breakfast, we embark on a 1-hour trek to the magnificent Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Following our visit, we return to the hotel to collect our belongings and travel to our accommodation in Bromo, which is about a 5-hour journey.

Day 4: BROMO – MADAKARIPURA WATERFALL

We take a jeep ride to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Bromo. Afterward, we drive to the starting point for our trek up to the volcano crater, traversing through the unique desert landscape. We return to the hotel for breakfast and then check out. Our journey continues to the enchanting Madakaripura Waterfall, followed by a 3-hour drive back to Surabaya. Tonight, we will stay at a hotel near the airport.

Day 5: SURABAYA – BANGKOK

07:00 – We check out of the hotel and head to the airport for check-in. We then fly back to Thailand, marking the end of our incredible adventure.

What does this price not include?

This cost does not include the following expenses:

- Airfare: The cost of airline tickets to and from the destination is not included.
- Personal Accident Insurance: Travelers are responsible for obtaining their own personal accident insurance coverage.
- Guide Tips: Gratuities for tour guides are not included and are at the traveler’s discretion.
- SIM Card: Costs associated with purchasing a local SIM card for phone and data usage are not included.
- Laundry: Laundry services during the trip are at the traveler’s own expense.
- Unexpected Events: Any additional costs arising from flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable events beyond the program’s control are not covered. This includes the cost of rebooking flights.
- Early Departure Expenses: Should a traveler choose to depart the tour early, any additional costs for food, accommodation, and other expenses will be their responsibility.
- Additional Transportation: Transportation costs outside of the scheduled program, such as airport transfers or additional sightseeing trips, are not included.
- Other Unforeseen Expenses: Any other costs not explicitly included in the program and arising from unexpected situations beyond our control are the traveler’s responsibility.
Refund Policy:

The company reserves the right to deny any refund requests resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. In the event of situations outlined in point (6), customers are solely responsible for covering all expenses without exception.

Booking and Payment Procedures

1.1 Deposit:

A deposit of 5,000 baht per person is required to confirm your trip booking with the admin. Please provide proof of payment and a copy of your passport (if you haven’t obtained your passport yet, please inform us).
For bookings made within 20-25 days before the departure date, the company reserves the right to collect the full tour fee.
Please note that seat reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

1.2 Remaining Payment:

The remaining tour fee can be paid in two installments:
- 1st installment: 5,000 baht, due within 30 days of paying the deposit.
- 2nd installment: 4,900 baht, due at least 30 days before departure.

1.3 Confirmation:

After making each payment, please send the transfer slip, a copy of your passport with your signature, and confirmation of the trip details (trip name, date, traveling companions, phone number).
Failure to provide a passport copy may result in the company not being liable for any damages caused by errors in name spelling or other information used for flight bookings (if the company is handling the booking).

Important Notes:

Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates and has at least 2 blank pages remaining. If unsure, please contact us.
Please carefully review the tour itinerary and terms of service for your benefit. By making full or partial payment, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the travel program

Trip cancellation

Cancellation and Amendment Policy after Payment

1. Cancellation at least 30 days before departure: A fee of 5,000 baht will be charged, along with any expenses already incurred, such as visa fees, airfare, and land arrangements.

2. Cancellation between 15-29 days before departure: A fee of 50% of the trip price will be charged, along with any expenses already incurred, such as visa fees, airfare, and land arrangements.

3. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: The company reserves the right to retain the full tour cost without any refund.

Refund Policy: The refund policy adheres to the “Announcement of the Committee on Tourism Business and Guide Regarding the Criteria for Determining the Rate of Refund of Service Fees to Tourists B.E. 2563” as follows:

In the event of trip cancellation advertised by the company, for reasons beyond the company’s control, the company will provide a full refund of the paid service fees. This cancellation must occur at least 30 days before the departure date. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour for your own benefit.

4. Immigration Refusal: In cases where immigration authorities, both in Bangkok and in foreign countries, deny departure or entry to the countries specified in the itinerary, the company reserves the right not to refund the tour cost under any circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

The travel itinerary is subject to change as deemed appropriate, prioritizing the interests of travelers.
Passports must have a validity of at least 6 months remaining.
The company reserves the right not to be held responsible for any damages whatsoever caused by delays from airlines, protests, strikes, riots, politics, natural disasters, or epidemics (the company will coordinate to maximize benefits for customers).
The company is not responsible for any loss of belongings due to theft or accidents caused by the negligence of the traveler.
Airline tickets cannot be refunded, changed names, changed routes, or postponed.
The company reserves the right to cancel the trip in advance if there are fewer than 9 travelers.
Since the tour price is a package price, if you waive the right to use any services or are denied entry into the country for any reason, the company reserves the right not to refund any money.
If you cancel before the end of the tour program, the company considers you to have waived your rights and will not be responsible for the services you have already paid for, in any case.
In case of illness and inability to travel, you must bring a medical certificate from the hospital. The company will consider postponing your trip to the next round, but you will have to pay for non-refundable expenses such as visas, airline tickets, accommodation fees, and other actual expenses.
If you are unable to travel or stay according to the program due to natural disasters, delays and errors of airlines, terrorism, or other unforeseen events, there will be no refund.
Once you have paid the deposit or the full amount, the company considers you to have acknowledged and accepted all the company’s terms and conditions as stated.
The program and travel details are subject to change depending on weather conditions and unforeseen events. The company will prioritize the interests and safety of fellow travelers. In the case of group tickets, if the tickets are issued, travelers cannot request a refund and cannot change the travel date.
Service fees may change as appropriate depending on various situations, such as rising oil prices resulting in higher airfares, and including car fares that may increase in price according to labor costs, food costs, accommodation costs, and others.
In the event that a customer wants to book domestic or international flight tickets themselves or have the company do it, please inform the company every time, otherwise, the company will not be responsible for anything.

Note for Safety

Your safety is of utmost importance. While traveling with GoGoTrip, please be aware that your tour leader has the authority to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary if deemed necessary due to safety concerns. We will do our best to adhere to the set program, but however, when traveling in remote areas and in the mountains, we cannot guarantee weather conditions, unexpected natural disasters, the health of fellow travelers, and other factors that can lead to changes in the itinerary. The tour leader will try to keep the trip on track, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.
For customers who are unable to continue traveling until the end of the trip, for any reason, or in the event of a flight delay/cancellation after the end of the trip, the customer will be responsible for all of their expenses and please be aware that the customer will not be entitled to a refund for services (such as hotels, transportation, flights, etc.) included in the package that the customer does not use later.

Things to Know Before Traveling

Not suitable for people with chronic diseases that are affected by walking and running for long periods, such as asthma, etc. (It is recommended to consult a doctor).
The bathroom is a tent with a pit latrine system.
Refrain from drinking alcohol of all kinds before trekking for safety.
You should exercise 1-2 weeks in advance, such as running for 30 minutes a day or other exercises that prepare your legs for trekking. Because every day you have to walk several kilometers, about 12-15 kilometers per day, and the average trip is about 90-100 kilometers. And during the trek, you may encounter sun, rain, snow, crossing water, walking on rocks, so your body must be ready to some extent before trekking this route.
Due to the high altitude above sea level, the air will be thin, there is not much oxygen, and breathing is difficult (therefore, do not run or walk too fast, you should walk at a normal but consistent speed).
The weight of the bag must not exceed the amount specified by the company. If it exceeds, the customer may have to pay an additional carrying fee.
