“Khao Chang Pueak: A Knife-Edge Ridge Hike in Thong Pha Phum National Park Khao Chang Pueak, standing tall at approximately 1249 meters above sea level, holds the title of the highest peak within Thong Pha Phum National Park in Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand. The trail leading to the summit is characterized by open and exposed paths, resulting in a rather hot hiking experience. However, the highlight of this trek is undeniably the breathtaking knife-edge ridge, a feature that attracts adventurers seeking a thrilling challenge. (Rest assured, park rangers closely supervise the ridge area for safety.) The entire hiking distance spans around 8 kilometers and typically takes 3-5 hours to complete, depending on individual pace. While the trail itself is not overly difficult, hikers should be prepared for the hot conditions encountered during the journey”
