As the night deepens, enjoy stargazing, and wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Please note, there is no electricity, but bathroom facilities are available.”

Trip Schedule:

Day of Departure:

8:00 PM: Meet at Big C Saphan Khwai to depart for Mae Hong Son province.

Day 1:

8:00 AM: Arrive at the vehicle transfer point. Take a shower and pack essentials for the mountain trek. Leave any unnecessary belongings with the van.
9:00 AM: Board a 4×4 vehicle. Stop at the market and 7-Eleven to purchase snacks for the mountain journey. Continue to our campsite.
Travel time: Approximately 3 hours on a dirt road with significant dust. It is recommended to bring a mask to cover your nose and mouth.
Upon arrival: Set up tents, organize belongings, and relax.
6:30 PM: Enjoy dinner, stargaze, and socialize.

Day 2:

6:00 AM: Wake up early to witness the sunrise. Have breakfast, sip coffee, and appreciate the breathtaking views before packing up.
8:00 AM: Pack belongings and travel to a nearby school to donate supplies.
9:30 AM: After donating, depart for Mae Hong Son town to take showers and pack remaining belongings.
1:00 PM: Load luggage onto the van and begin the journey back to Bangkok. (Estimated arrival around 3:00 AM)

1. Trip Cost:

3,500 Baht per person (excluding the Mae Hong Son join trip)
2,500 Baht for joining the Mae Hong Son trip

2. Inclusions:

3 meals per day

Staff support and coordination throughout the trip
Accident insurance during the trip with a coverage of 1,000,000 Baht and medical expenses coverage up to 500,000 Baht per person in case of accidents (according to the insurance policy terms)

Tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping mat (available for rent – contact the admin)
Meals not specified in the itinerary
Other personal expenses

Booking Details:

For the main trip (3,500 Baht per person):

Deposit of 2,000 Baht required upon booking confirmation
Remaining balance of 1,500 Baht to be paid at least 7 days before the trip starts
Alternatively, full payment of 3,500 Baht can be made upfront.

For joining the Mae Hong Son trip (2,500 Baht):

Deposit of 1,500 Baht required
Remaining balance of 1,000 Baht to be paid at least 7 days before the trip starts
Alternatively, full payment of 2,500 Baht can be made upfront.

We kindly ask you to thoroughly review the itinerary before making a reservation.

The company reserves the right to postpone the trip, adjust the price, or cancel the trip altogether if the number of participants is less than 8. In such cases, the company will notify travelers in advance.

This schedule is subject to change based on the suitability for the group, time constraints, traffic conditions, and weather conditions at the time of travel. The safety and well-being of our travelers are our top priorities.

The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Trip cancellation

Trip Cancellation Policy

In case you contract COVID-19, are identified as a high-risk individual, fall ill, or have other obligations that prevent you from traveling:

The traveler must find a substitute participant. Our page will refund 100% of the booking amount to you.
If you cannot find a substitute participant, the company reserves the right to retain the entire deposit.
If you request the company to find a replacement participant for the trip, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the trip price.

By making a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions of the company as stated.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

The destination is closed and access is denied.
We are unable to secure your booking.
The trip is canceled due to insufficient participants.

Please note: For payments made via credit card, the 3% processing fee is non-refundable.

Important notes

Important, please read:

In the event that a customer’s luggage is damaged or lost due to airline delays, being misplaced, left on a vehicle, entrusted to a porter, or for any reason whatsoever, the company will not be held responsible. Therefore, customers must check their belongings at all times for their own best interests.

In the event of a lost passport during travel/trip, if the customer loses it themselves and as a result, the customer must remain in that country to wait for a passport, the company will assist in coordinating everything to facilitate the customer until they return safely to Thailand. However, the company will not be able to stay and take care of them while waiting for documents/temporary passports in that country, and the customer will be responsible for all expenses incurred during that time.

If the customer travels to the meeting point themselves, please inform the company via Line official only before booking the trip. If the company is not informed, the full tour price will be charged. If the company is informed afterwards that the customer traveled on their own, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund in all cases, regardless of the reason.
