2 Days 1 Night trip

San Nok Wua is among one of the highest mountains in Kanchanaburi at 1,767 meters above sea level. Located in Khao Laem National Park, Sangkhlaburi District, it lies to the West of Khao Laem National Park stretching across the Thung Yai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary. So, there’s no doubt that it’s full of lush and thick vegetation. Literally translated as ‘San Nok Wua’ (Khao = mountain / San = ridge / Nok = hump / Wua = Bull), or so-called the Bulls’ Horn, the mountain peak resembles the cow ridge, from which the name ‘San Nok Wua’ is coined.

Trip Itinerary

Day 0 (1 day before appointed trip date)

10 pm : Meet at Sanam Pao PTT Gas Station to depart to Kanchanaburi.

Day 1

04.00 am: Arrive at Khao Laem National Park (Pom Pi), you can get ready (shower, brush teeth, prepare hiking necessities, and the stuff you don’t want to bring to the hike can be left in the van).
06.00 am: Have breakfast at Pom Pi (please note it’s not included in the package).
08.00 am: Register and assemble all the camping gears you wish the porter to carry. After that, wewill hop on the pick-up truck to head to the trek starting point, which should take about 30 minutes.
10.00 am: Reach the trek starting point, get a lunch pack and two water bottles, and start hiking. The hiking distance to the campsite is 9 kilometers.
02.00 pm: Reach the campsite, set up the tent, and get comfortable. 🙂
05.00 pm: We will visit the viewpoint and enjoy the sunset over the mountain tops.
07.00 pm: Dinner time! Get comfortable, chill, and chat, etc.

Day 2

05.00 am: Wake up to view the beautiful sunrise with tea and coffee.
08.00 am: Breakfast time!
09.00 am: Disassemble the tent, pick up litter and clean up the base camp’s area. We will start hiking back.
1200 pm: Hike back to the starting point (same route) .
01.00 pm: Have lunch.
02.00 pm: Head back to Bangkok, which the estimated arrival time is around 8-9 pm.

Tips for Packing

We suggest splitting your stuff into 3 categories: 1) things we don’t bring to the campsite but

will leave in the van; 2) things we use in the forest; and 3) the things we will use the porter service

to carry. It is recommended that you separate the bags before the trip (Ps. better carry as little

weight as you possibly can to save your energy) 🙂

What does this price include?

The Price (3,890 Baht) Includes

VIP van (10 seats), including the driver.

3 meals and water.
Staff who will accommodate the group members throughout the trip.
Travel accident insurance with THB 1 million maximum coverage.
Personal accident-loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight or total permanent disability insurance with THB 1 million maximum coverage. Medical expenses insurance with THB 1 million maximum coverage.

The company has the right to postpone the trip or adjust the tour package fee. Trip cancellation may also apply in the event that we do not reach a minimum capacity of 8 seats. We will inform you in advance.

This itinerary can be subject to change due to group member changes, time restraints, traffic, weather, etc.

The company will not hold accountable for any damages due to protests, strikes, riots, political unrest, natural disasters, and/or epidemics (however we will accommodate to fully compensate the incident).

Once you deposit, we will acknowledge that you have entirely accepted the terms as given.

Trip cancellation

Trip Cancellation Policy

In case you contract COVID-19, are identified as a high-risk individual, fall ill, or have other obligations that prevent you from traveling:

The traveler must find a substitute participant. Our page will refund 100% of the booking amount to you.
If you cannot find a substitute participant, the company reserves the right to retain the entire deposit.
If you request the company to find a replacement participant for the trip, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the trip price.

By making a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions of the company as stated.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

The destination is closed, and access is denied.
We are unable to secure your booking.
The trip is canceled due to insufficient participants.

Please note: For payments made via credit card, the 3% processing fee is non-refundable.

Important notes

Important, please read:

In the event that a customer’s luggage is damaged or lost due to airline delays, being misplaced, left on a vehicle, entrusted to a porter, or for any reason whatsoever, the company will not be held responsible. Therefore, customers must check their belongings at all times for their own best interests.

In the event of a lost passport during travel/trip, if the customer loses it themselves and as a result, the customer must remain in that country to wait for a passport, the company will assist in coordinating everything to facilitate the customer until they return safely to Thailand. However, the company will not be able to stay and take care of them while waiting for documents/temporary passports in that country, and the customer will be responsible for all expenses incurred during that time.

If the customer travels to the meeting point themselves, please inform the company via Line official only before booking the trip. If the company is not informed, the full tour price will be charged. If the company is informed afterwards that the customer traveled on their own, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund in all cases, regardless of the reason.
